The location of the hotel is great, close to everything in Southampton. the staff is very nice and there is a welcoming family atmosphere. Rooms are bright and affordable with 2 single beds. the hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, downtown, the beach, and the Southampton Market. For a nice cup of tea or coffee, Armen's Cafe nearby is recommended.
